Have you ever had a Wolferman’s English muffin? Andrea Broomfield, author of “Kansas City: A Food Biography,” spoke with our curiousKC team about one of the icons of the Kansas City food scene. 

Wolferman’s had a long, successful run as a grocery and restaurant operator before business took a turn for the worse. But don’t worry, there’s a reasonably happy ending. You can still purchase a very similar version of the original English muffin here.
