Can you believe it? Boulevard’s famous Tank 7 farmhouse ale turns 10 this month, and because of that, Kansas City is celebrating. Bier Station is hosting a Tank 7 birthday party on July, 7. Bier Station is also making a special Tank 7 beer cocktail called The Lion’s Tank.

Can’t make it to Bier Station on Sunday? Don’t worry, there will be a few more Tank 7 birthday celebrations throughout the month of July. As one of Kansas City’s favorite beers, this one won’t be under-celebrated. Happy birthday, Tank 7! You delicious farmhouse ale, you.

Tap Notes:

Double Shift Brewing Company is tapping Background Radiation Brett IPA (6.7%), a fragrant blend of pineapple, orange, and funky farmhouse flavors from the blend of brettanomyces and saison yeasts.

Slacktivist Saison is back at Casual Animal Brewing Company.

Crane Brewing Company is serving Peach Milkshake (7%), a New England-style IPA brewed with peaches, vanilla, and lactose for a creamy, delicious, not-too-sweet IPA.

Let’s Get Weird (7%) with Border Brewing Company as they welcome back this New England IPA with soursop fruit for a tangy experience.

Boulevard Brewing Company is currently pouring a refreshingly sweet TEST — Citrus Blonde Ale (4.4%) made with lemon, lime, and orange peels, at Boulevard Beer Hall.
