Folks looking for an entertaining respite flocked for decades to Twelfth Street Recreation, also known to some as Miller’s Recreation.

Pool was extremely popular. Bowling leagues thrived. And it would appear that some other entertainments that skirted the edges of legality also took place within those walls.

A loyal friend of Flatland asked the curiousKC team to take a trip down the memory (bowling) lanes of Twelfth Street Recreation. The attached video recounts what we found.
