Delbert tries to be kind to his fellow humans and expects the same in return. He acknowledges the country seems more polarized than ever but contends that isn’t what America is about. “I think it’s a cleansing moment for the state and country to realize there’s difficult times, but there’s some good times happening, too,” he says.
