Epic Arts is a program designed to “enliven and celebrate creativity here in KCK,” says LaCherish Thompson, community building and engagement manager with Community Housing of Wyandotte County.

The working theory behind Epic Arts is to develop creative spaces in hopes of building a sense of place and pride in the broader community.

“Our hope is to have this happening in all neighborhoods in Wyandotte County, not just here in the Strawberry Hill neighborhood,” Thompson says.
