When Sara’s little sister, who is blind, was afraid to leave their family’s front porch, that’s the moment Sara was inspired to pursue a career focused on helping. Now, as an orientation and mobility specialist, she works with children at the Children’s Center for the Visually Impaired in Kansas City, Missouri.
