Excitement sweeps Kansas City

October 6, 2014  |    |  1 min read

The Kansas City Royals swept the Los Angeles Angels in the American League Division Series, winning game 3 last night at Kauffman Stadium. If the Royals go all the way, it will be the first World Series win for Kansas City since 1985.

The team has a break before the American League Championship Series against the Baltimore Orioles begins in Baltimore Friday night.

Kansas Citians, however, aren’t slowing down. Fans interrupted their workdays Monday to share their excitement via social media.
