Startup Village survives first year

The Kansas City Startup Village hosted a block party Saturday, October 5 to celebrate their first birthday. The event had multiple big name sponsors and was open to everyone.

Kansas City Startup Village is a group of small startups — companies like Local Ruckus, EyeVerify, and FormZapper—that moved to Kansas City, KS to take advantage of Google Fiber’s service and have worked to grow their businesses since.
